Why I will never understand people
Feb. 19th, 2007 08:06 pmBecause at 3.30pm in February, when it's absolutely pissing it down with rain in a light mist and the freeway's a wall of spray, when the rear lights of cars in front are disappearing at about a hundred yards' visibility, significant numbers of 'people' are still driving along thinking, 'I don't need to turn my lights on because it's not dark yet.'
Sometimes I think I understand psychopaths better than I understand 'normal' people. At the least the thought processes of a psychopath follow a consistent internal logic once the flawed starting point is allowed for. Those people on I-90 - they don't make sense from any perspective at all.

Okay, so this is what happens when I get up in the middle of the night for a potty break and stop off at the computer for a sec... XD
*waves bye-bye* I'm back to bed. Just wait. Now I'll have weird dreams of psychopathic drivers for the rest of the night!

I agree. If Muraki were driving under the conditions you describe, he would definitely turn his headlights on. He's probably a much safer driver than someone like Tsuzuki or Watari. ;-)
