Thanks so much for all the blushy praise. The dialogue is one of the reasons I love these guys to bits - the snark just writes itself, it's the rest of it that's the effort.

The Anglo-isms. Yeah. When I was writing for US shows, I used to get American betas to rigorously chop all of those out, but I'm not so fussy now with the whole Japanese thing. It must read very oddly to people who only know the dubs, but since I've never seen them, I'm not going to use those speech patterns. I make more of an effort to keep the Anglos out of Wolfwood POV, to be honest, because somehow Wolfwood and Brit English just don't quite come together in my head!

Aw, thanks for saying so! It's pretty much the weakest of my Trigun fics, from my angle. There's less going on beneath the surface than I usually like to have, it's just all spelled out, and... anyway, it wanted me to finish it, so I did, but I was probably less happy with it than with most.
