I'm particularly fond of the defence's argument that it's unfair to convict him on the assumption that driving when blind is inherently dangerous. It seems perfectly reasonable to me!

Yeah, totally. And not even only just blind, either. ALSO partially deaf, missing fingers, and having a twitchy leg as well! They're clearly shooting for a "discrimination against the handicapped!" thing here, but f'r Chrissakes, people!
