You look at the websites for these waterfalls and the photos are all taken in summer, with green meadows full of wildflowers and blue skies and sunshine XD Though there's definitely a bleak beauty in the golden-brown dead fields. And going the week all the snow was melting, and with rain, as we did, we got to see the waterfalls at close to full force. The summer photos don't have as much gushing water!
So you took an internal flight to get closer to the glaciers instead of driving? How did that work out? Where did you land?
