"You already knew that Archer is fabulous, right?"

I was fine with season 1, then I just got sick of the 'ironic' humour which just seemed the sort of crappy humour I wouldn't put up with from other sources. Spouse watched all the seasons we owen (5) but when I offered him the next one, he declined.

There's a lot of good stuff and some fabulous wackiness, but it feels like a joke that's outstayed its welcome. To me, at least.

Which I suspect is why the writers are re-inventing the premise again. There is always a limit to what you can do with jokes in one format, but there's enough of the fabulous wackiness for me to keep watching through the moments that don't work so well.

I don't know if the clip you link is supposed to show that, but it's not available to australian viewers.

Damn, that's sad :-( Basically it's Archer as Magnum P.I, but telling you that does NOT do it justice.

Woo-hoo! I can't wait for this. But I'm sad that Archer has gone from Cary Grant yummy to Tom Selleck pornstache. Lose the 'stache, Archer.
