all fanfiction and doujinshi are ooc to some extent, because it never happened in the original artist's vision...so...
But I do tend to see doujinshi by the mangaka herself as canonical in most cases - there's a big difference there from any fan's efforts. So Youka Nitta's and Mika Sadahiro's doujinshi of their own characters I run with as 'real'.
In the case of the Gravi doujinshi, I can only boggle in horror. Mostly, as a writer, I boggle that the mangaka has so little reverence for her own characters that she can do that to them 0_0
