How long did Yami-chan wind up staying outside checking out the snow? Somehow I never thought cats would like anything cold and wet on their paws. That must've been quite cute to watch her discover a new toy!
I opened the slider and let our two dogs outside. Cody, who has a thicker coat, bounded immediately up to his belly in the snow. Bailey, much lower to the ground with thin, skimpy fur went out for about ten seconds before she lifted one front paw, glared at its wetness, and bounced back inside. They were both rubbed down with toasty towels straight from the dryer. No, my dogs are not spoiled at all :)
Do you still have snow on the ground now? Our high today was 3F degrees above 0. Too cold for more snowfall.
