I think the mainstredam porn industry is just trying to serve the lowest common denominator, and they're finding that works fine. But there are specialty markets, films that are oriented toward couples or lesbian films made by real lesbians for lesbians, various fetishes, films with real couples with passion. But they're made by smaller companies that often can't afford to do much distribution or publicity.
