I got curious a couple of months ago and took a look, and saw that new GW fics were still appearing on AO3. It think it's mainly a teenaged fandom now, though, as new people reach the anime age and get into it, so I'm not vouching for the quality of any of it! A lot of the anime fandoms seem to go that way - the adults move on and leave a slow, steady stream of young uns behind.
