SO: Why did you leave the doors open on the Scooby (= car)?

Me: Because it smelled of squirrels.

SO: Why did it smell of squirrels?

Me: Because it had a cage full of squirrels in it, why else?

The real question is:

Where did you take the squirrels and why? :)

The real real question is, if there's a cage of full squirrels in the Scooby and nobody smells it, is it still there?

Or, if one nut fell inside a cage full of squirrels, would anyone hear it?

In the Squirrel Cage, no-one can hear you scream...

Probably not, but you might hear the squirrels!

I brought them home with me and kicked them out in the woods at the bottom of the hill. It was Time for them to Go, and I already have enough squirrels that a few more won't make a big difference. Half of them will probably have fed the coyotes and the great horned owls by the end of the week anyway!

Well, good morning, madam! Too bad Solo and I didn't get a few more comments in before you showed up. We were just starting to have fun! :)

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

Morning! I guess I should leave you two alone for a while then ;-)

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

Poor Tam! Young vegetarians who don't have mummy to explain about the bad things may well come to a sticky end :-( We're under no illusions about the likely lifespan of most of the things we release, but we figure feeding wild predators is the natural role in life of small furries, so we're still doing a useful job preserving them from cat attack....

While, rationally, I do understand this, it still makes me a bit sad to know. It's the same when I see the baby bunnies around our place :(

[identity profile] tiggymalvern.livejournal.com 2008-05-13 05:06 pm (UTC)(link)
Yes, I remember your posts about their decreasing numbers last year, poor bunnies....

If only we could feed wild predators with internet furries.

Now, now, remember children, everyone's fetish is equal!

Yes, Miss Malvern. *hangs head*

I'm drawing a really detailed yiffy fanart of Sands and El as baby squirrels in diapers to make it up to you.

Nooooo, now you've scared me!!!!

I wonder how the squirrels are enjoying their first day out in the rain?

[identity profile] imre-nico.livejournal.com 2008-05-15 05:13 pm (UTC)(link)
AHAHAHAHA!

"What the f•ck is this shit? Where's that lady with the f*cking bottle of warm f•cking milk?!"

[identity profile] tiggymalvern.livejournal.com 2008-05-16 12:03 am (UTC)(link)
Nah, they rejected me personally long ago. They wean themselves very effectively when they start swearing and cursing at the human with the milk instead of leaping on you in joy XD
