It sounds very unpleasant! I've had something similar on and off recently, with a slight burning sensation (mostly in the thumb) instead of tingling. Nice. I'm trying rest, no wacky stretching, and to be more ergonomically correct at the computer. It seems to be working, mostly.

So, what is the problem? Slipped disk? Do they know? At any rate, good luck! I hope it goes away.
